Job summary

Arvato in Memphis seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare-focused projects from definition through closure, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will translate requirements into actionable work, manage risks, and report progress using KPIs and dashboards.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, AI-aware approaches, and the application of automation to optimize project execution and delivery quality.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Strong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical business decisions.
Experience using project-management and Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
Working knowledge of data visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and successful handover.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
Translate customer requirements into defined activities and work packages.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and align stakeholders.
Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution.
