Overview

We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee patient transport operations, travel to support new account start-ups, and drive efficiency across multiple healthcare facilities.

Compensation

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for all new accounts, including planning, logistics, budgeting, and implementation.
• Support the deployment & training of the patient transport program & related software systems.
• Analyze facility data to determine appropriate staffing levels and capital equipment needs.
• Conduct time studies and establish projections for transport metrics (dispatch, response, turnaround time).
• Identify service gaps and develop corrective action plans to improve quality and performance.
• Conduct operational audits, provide training, and support site leadership teams.
• Recommend process improvements such as bed tracking and centralized dispatch concepts.
• Deliver onboarding and management training for both new and existing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably within patient transport.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows-based software.
• Experience with contract administration and operational procedures.
