Job summary

Groth Design Group is seeking a Healthcare Project Architect / Project Manager to join our Wisconsin healthcare studio. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience and will lead projects from concept through construction, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality healthcare environments.

You will produce and oversee documentation in Revit, mentor junior staff, and ensure design intent aligns with technical requirements and client goals while fostering

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of professional experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
• Project management and client-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Revit; SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across all phases of design and documentation.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead design development and project execution with support from the Healthcare Studio Leader.
• Produce and oversee project documentation in Revit.
• Ensure alignment between design intent, technical requirements, and client goals.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
