Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 in the normal line of progression.
• Education can substitute for experience as described: Master’s or equivalent graduate degree or 2 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendations on administrative issues.
• Plan and prepare for meetings including scheduling travel and lodging arrangements.
• Prepare responses to correspondence and manage communications for the organization.
• Schedule appointments and maintain background information and agendas.
• Maintain paper and electronic files and serve as initial point of contact for inquiries.
• Coordinate timekeeping and assist in program evaluation and data review.
