Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare RCM analytics and CRM workflows. This role requires collaboration across Analytics, Account Management, and Implementation to deliver outcomes that improve client yield

Qualifications

• Bachelor4s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare RCM and analytics.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and present insights.
• Experience with CRM workflows and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish baselines and measure product value through yield lift and adoption.
• Advocate product features in client implementation meetings.
• Monitor yield, adoption, and performance trends across EngageIQ clients.
• Communicate insights, risks, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Account Management, and Implementation teams.
• Assist Sales as a product SME when needed.
