Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Customer Success Manager-EngageIQ to support successful implementations and ongoing performance of the EngageIQ client portfolio. You will partner with clients to establish baselines, monitor yield, and drive outcomes through collaboration with Analytics and Account teams.

Ideal candidates bring a strong CRM background, client management experience, and excellence in communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years in client success or related role.
• Experience with CRM implementations and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client implementation meetings to ensure product features align with best practices.
• Partner with new clients to establish performance baselines and identify opportunities for yield improvement.
• Monitor yield and performance trends across the EngageIQ client portfolio.
• Identify underperforming clients and conduct research to understand potential causes and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Account Management, and Implementation to develop client strategies.
• Track client progress and communicate performance insights, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships by providing proactive, solutions-oriented support.
• Coordinate client initiatives and projects to ensure milestones and outcomes are achieved.
• Share feedback to improve the EngageIQ product and client experience.
