Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in SaaS, healthcare experience preferred.
• Proven track record delivering market-fit products.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical/clinical audiences.
• Ownership mindset in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Collaborative leadership across teams.
• Must reside in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more functional domain in the product roadmap for Elligint Health.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to inform strategy.
• Translate clinical and operational workflows into intuitive features.
• Define feature requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Partner with clinical SMEs to ensure usability and compliance.
• Lead go-to-market activities including launch planning and customer communications.
• Present roadmap and demos to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
• Support continuous improvement of product processes.
