Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, finance or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years professional work experience, preferably in healthcare or management consulting.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identifies areas of opportunity for improvement using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Conducts research and collects data to support value-add improvements in clinical outcomes, operations, and financial performance.
• Prepares business proposals and presentations to communicate analysis to stakeholders and gain buy-in.
• Develops detailed project plans and manages teams to ensure timely implementation of improvements.
• Develops analytical tools to track performance after project completion.
