Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Compliance Privacy Manager to support the Privacy Compliance Program. The role focuses on privacy agreements, vendor privacy reviews, and close collaboration with the Chief Privacy Officer and Privacy Director.

You will guide teams through HIPAA privacy, security, breach notification rules and state laws, lead education programs, and coordinate with legal, HR, and business units to strengthen privacy controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory, compliance or risk management in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws (HIPAA, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law).
• Ability to interpret complex healthcare regulations and identify gaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance.
• Leads cross-functional teams to address regulatory risk and implement requirements.
• Identifies risks and develops corrective action plans across products or geographies.
• Implements monitoring and auditing activities based on best practices.
• Delivers compliance education and training to employees, providers, and partners.
• Investigates compliance incidents and coordinates with legal and HR.
