The role oversees regulatory compliance, licensing, credentialing, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and budget adherence.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare leadership experience, with CMPE preferred and 3–5 years of supervisory work in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• In lieu of degree, 5-7 years healthcare experience with at least two years in a supervisor capacity.
• CMPE certification preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance, licenses/certifications, primary source validation, credentialing with health system medical staff office and payers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient practice operations.
• Manage departmental expenses cost effectively, monitor revenue cycle, volume and revenue generation to meet budgets.
• Participate in annual operating and capital budgeting and provider/employee recruitment and onboarding.
• Demonstrate service excellence, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
