Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in healthcare technology, services, or multi-site platforms.
• Senior consulting or advisory experience (Partner/MD) with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record driving profitable growth in lower-middle-market healthcare businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Board Chair for portfolio companies and govern with Brydon
• Drive value creation plans and oversee go-to-market, pricing, and product strategy
• Coach CEOs and leadership teams; orchestrate talent and executive placements as needed
• Support add-on acquisitions, diligence, and integration planning
• Represent Brydon with external healthcare ecosystem partners and potential buyers
• Codify playbooks and scale best practices across the healthcare portfolio
