Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or technology leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Angular, enterprise databases, and integrated platform ecosystems.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise applications and complex third-party platform integrations.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, production support, infrastructure, vendors, and business teams to resolve platform issues.
- Analyze incident trends and root causes to identify systemic improvements.
- Facilitate technical reviews, remediation workshops, and governance meetings to drive alignment and deliverables.
- Develop fact-based assessments and recommendations supported by data and metrics.
- Present findings and risk assessments to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
