Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL seeks a Plant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the plant operations department. You will plan, implement, and direct a comprehensive maintenance and operations program, coordinating with other departments to ensure safe, efficient facilities.

The role requires experience in managing maintenance staff and knowledge of technical systems in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of management experience in maintenance, repair and construction of building facilities.
• Experience with AHCA, The Joint Commission, CMS, NPFA codes and standards preferred

Responsabilités

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for day to day operation of the plant operations department.
• Plans, implements and directs a comprehensive maintenance and plant operation program.
• Coordinates activities with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operation and environment.
• Manages the operation of the Maintenance Department and staff and oversees highly technical systems in the facility.
