Working with Principals-in-Charge and the Healthcare Market Practice Leader, you will open doors, guide pursuits, and elevate BWBR’s practice across diverse healthcare sub‑markets while representing BWBR at industry events.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare planning and project leadership.
• Proven ability to win work and build relationships with healthcare executives.
• Ability to mentor junior planners and contribute to practice development.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare planner on key projects important to BWBR and healthcare market growth.
• Provide hands-on leadership in visioning, clinical and operational analysis, space planning, and stakeholder validation.
• Lead stakeholders through complex decision-making across multiple service lines and priorities.
• Ensure planning solutions are operationally sound, technically rigorous, and defensible at executive and board level.
• Establish scalable planning frameworks and methodologies on major projects.
