Job Summary and Qualifications

You will manage the complete recruitment cycle for physicians and advanced practice providers within our division. Your responsibilities include identifying, screening, and placing candidates while collaborating with hospital and operations teams to ensure recruitment standards are met.

This position will support our division in Dallas, TX, and candidates must reside in the area. This role operates from the division office based in Dallas, TX.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Building and maintaining relationships with facility CEOs and Physician Services partners.
• Creating and executing tailored recruitment plans to efficiently attract qualified candidates.
• Serving as the primary communication point for candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process.
• Implementing applicant screening processes and maintaining accurate candidate records.
• Coordinating visits for candidates to explore community and facility options.
• Analyzing healthcare recruitment trends to devise effective strategies.
• Engaging with educational institutions to source candidates.
• Presenting the organization at association meetings and training programs.
• Managing recruitment databases to uphold data integrity.
• Participating in the training of new team members.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent; along with 3+ years of related experience and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
