Responsibilities

• Support management of high-complexity improvement projects from concept through implementation to results
• Enable improvement activities across the Ministry by integrating people, process, and technology
• Complete workflow and application design, conduct business assessments, and develop and manage detailed project work plans
• Develop and manage project budgets and implement solutions for projects involving performance improvement
