Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant healthcare experience in areas such as healthcare operations, physician compensation, performance improvement, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Support operational assessments and performance improvement initiatives for hospitals, clinics, and community health centers.
• Analyze provider productivity, compensation, service lines, staff productivity, and system throughput.
• Perform expense analysis and organizational structure optimization.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and client deliverables to communicate findings.
• Coordinate project workplans and client communications; support engagement management.
