Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Payments Client Manager to shape the future of payments within our Global Payments Corporate Sales team. You will manage a portfolio of complex clients, acting as a trusted advisor while guiding them through evolving payment landscapes.

You will work with sales, product, client service, implementation, onboarding, and corporate banking to deliver innovative solutions meeting clients’ needs and drive growth across industries and regions.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in client management, sales, or a related field.
• Proven success with large, multi-dimensional clients across products and regions.
• Deep understanding of payments products and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and a client-first mindset.

• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and keep clients informed of regulatory updates.
• Maintain high standards in pipeline and account planning, ensuring accurate client coverage.
• Govern deals and lead the effective implementation of client requests.
