Title Healthcare Payer Business System Analyst

Pay Rate $45.00-$55.00 an hr

Location Eagan, MN

Description York IT Solutions is hiring Healthcare Payer Business Analyst on contract to hire and onsite capacity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business process teams to understand and analyze healthcare payer processes, including claims processing, enrollment, and medical management.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify data needs and support operational decisions through data analysis.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to design new systems and processes that optimize healthcare operations.
• Utilize analytical skills to provide insights that will inform business strategies and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure that data migration and system changes align with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating operational needs into actionable data strategies.

Qualifications
