Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Healthcare Sales Engineer focused on payer organizations to identify opportunities for automation, design solutions, and drive transformative outcomes. You will work with executives, business and technical stakeholders to demonstrate value and lead adoption across healthcare operational areas.

Responsibilities include discovery workshops, product demonstrations, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to shape healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Healthcare Payer operations including claims management, prior authorization, and utilization management.
• Experience guiding executive, business, and technical stakeholders through discovery workshops.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions with measurable value.
• Strong knowledge of AI, automation, enterprise applications, and modern architectures.
• Experience working with large enterprises in regulated environments.
• Background in sales engineering, consulting, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare payer organizations to identify opportunities for automation transformation.
• Evangelize the value of AI agents, automation, and process intelligence to optimize operations.
• Partner with account teams to develop strategies and align UiPath solutions to customer priorities.
• Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state operations.
• Design and deliver demonstrations and executive presentations showcasing platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Industry Solution teams for feedback.
• Develop industry-specific narratives and use cases for healthcare.
• Support technical evaluations and guide security, governance, and deployment discussions.
• Travel up to 25% as needed; authorized to work in the United States.
