Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year security-related experience.
• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Unarmed roles require 18+, armed roles 21+.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law and policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply to state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide security-related customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm, solution-focused communication to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures; document observations and incidents.
• Follow post orders and report shifts communications, maintaining professional workplace standards.
