Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee patient meal ordering and delivery to ensure dietary needs and preferences are met.
• Lead and supervise patient services staff; provide training and evaluations.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with nutrition and dietary teams to meet dietary guidelines and allergies.
• Coordinate with nursing/clinical staff on dietary needs and menu adjustments.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for patient meal service.
• Monitor meal quality, presentation, and temperature; enforce safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide ongoing training on food safety and customer service to staff.
• Maintain records of orders, service times, inventory, and patient feedback.
