Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a dining services associate in Miami to prepare, assemble and deliver patient meals in line with quality, service and food safety standards. You will also deliver stock to patient floor kitchens, serve guests, handle transactions at the cafeteria, and support various dining outlets in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.38 / hour depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.).
• Food Safety Certification required within 90 days of job entry.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble and deliver patient meals following quality and safety standards.
• Deliver stock to patient floor kitchens and serve guests with positive relations.
• Handle cashier duties and payments for guest trays and cafeteria sales.
• Set up and serve meals for corporate retail, catering, and other dining outlets.
