POSITION TITLE: HEALTHCARE PARTNERSHIP MANAGER - US

LOCATION: REMOTE US

TriNetX is a remote-friendly company but is currently only registered for employment in certain states. To be eligible for employment, you must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, MT, NC, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI

This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is fully remote within the US. Travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed.

Who we are:

TriNetX was founded on the idea that incorporating real-world data results in better clinical trial design, improves the site selection and patient recruitment process and generates real-world evidence (RWE) to advance the collective understanding of human health. TriNetX collaborates with the majority of industry leaders, including 13 of the top 15 pharmaceutical companies, and is powered by an impressive network of 170 healthcare organizations across 30 countries.

As a result of its reach and rapidly expanding network, TriNetX has become the market leader in protocol design, feasibility, and site selection. Researchers have leveraged the TriNetX network to analyze over 39,000 protocols, presented over 10,000 clinical trial opportunities to its healthcare members, and reduced site identification time in clinical trials by 50%.

Currently, TriNetX healthcare organization members contribute access to a patient population of 400 million, representing over 40 billion clinical observations. TriNetX has a worldwide presence, with our global headquarters located in Cambridge, Massachusetts and EU offices in Ghent, Belgium; Freiburg, Germany; and Basel, Switzerland – as well as offices in London, Madrid, Melbourne, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Tokyo, and Healdsburg, California. As a result, TriNetX is one of the fastest-growing, privately held companies in the life sciences industry.

What challenges we work on:

TriNetX is the global health research network that optimizes clinical research and enables discoveries through the creation of real-world evidence. TriNetX combines real-time access to longitudinal clinical data with state-of-the-art analytics to answer complex research questions at the speed of thought. Each member of our community shares in the consolidated value of our global, federated health research network that connects clinical researchers to the patient populations which they are attempting to study.

Who we are looking for:

As we continue to grow globally, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Partnership Manager to help strengthen our partnerships with healthcare organizations (HCOs) and drive the deployment, adoption, and expansion of our portfolio. With your in-depth experience in the healthcare research industry, you have a unique understanding of who our partners and customers are, what pain points they experience, and how our platform can help mitigate them. Plus, you have an exceptional ability to strategically research, vet, establish, and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders (i.e., clinicians, researchers, engineers, C-level executives, and more) to enhance site activities and expand site capabilities.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with US healthcare organizations (HCOs). Develop strong relationships and execute expansion activities with existing HCO partners in order to meet specific business objectives and grow our HCO network.
  • Support HCO partners on effectively utilizing our platform data to promote grant-funded research, industry collaboration, journal-published articles/papers, and more.
  • Expand the clinical data workflows from our HCO partners to include data from EHR systems, oncology information systems, enterprise data warehouses, cancer registries, pathology and radiology systems, unstructured data elements, etc.
  • Become a subject-matter expert on the TriNetX platform and our unique value proposition for current and potential partners.
  • Provide diligent internal reporting on partnerships by maintaining Salesforce account data, attending regular team meetings, and conducting presentations.
  • Remain up-to-date on the clinical research industry, including applicable trends, professional/government initiatives, and competitive landscape.
  • Attend relevant events – including symposia and congresses – to support building and maintaining HCO partnerships.

What you bring to TriNetX:

  • 3+ years of experience within the healthcare research and/or clinical trial industry, with an in-depth exposure to real-world data, real world evidence, public health research, or life sciences.
  • 2+ years of experience with building, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships – preferably with US healthcare organizations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of how clinical research operates within US healthcare organizations.
  • Strong business acumen, oral and written communications skills, and the ability to successfully interface with and build relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • Self-starter mentality, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence related cross-functional groups, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

As a condition of employment, the individual must provide proof of Covid 19 vaccination unless a medical or religious exemption is granted by TriNetX.
