Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans by connecting with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies (min 24 hours/week).
• Drive community awareness by presenting to local organizations on long-term care and services.
• Facilitate the admissions process by conducting facility tours and managing resident admissions.
• Track and report weekly marketing and admissions activity to leadership.
• Strengthen community relations by collaborating with internal teams for events and outreach.
