Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support GPO and PSAO operations: roster, enrollment, eligibility, and reporting.
• Support FMS operations: submissions, reporting, reconciliation, and workflow tracking.
• Maintain Salesforce updates, data cleanup, and audits.
• Manage Monday.com boards, dashboards, and automations under guidance.
• Maintain SharePoint libraries, templates, and version control.
• Support client onboarding plans, checklists, and readiness status.
• Monitor data feeds, identify gaps, and perform routine validation.
• Coordinate projects with action logs, milestones, and risk notes.
• Prepare recurring reports, rosters, trackers, and reconciliations.
• Draft and update SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
• Assist with trade/contract handoffs and testing of changes.
• Provide cross-coverage for critical workflows as needed.
