Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Assistant Health Services Administrator for Pendleton Correctional Facility in Pendleton, Indiana. You will report to the Health Services Administrator and oversee the clinical program operations at the designated facility, ensuring contract service delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership in a healthcare environment, the ability to obtain security clearance, and effective communication with staff and institutional administration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Health Care Administration, Health and Human Services, Business Administration, Public Administration, Nursing or related field.
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
• Experience in a correctional environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with staff and institutional administration.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

Mansioni

• Manage the overall operations of the contracted clinical program at a designated facility or complex within a Centurion contract.
• Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise the clinical program delivering services to inmates.
• Ensure service delivery requirements of the contract are met within a correctional setting.
