The role involves collecting and interpreting data, creating dashboards, and leading process-improvement initiatives while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or business administration.
• Admin Assistant or project management experience preferred.
• Experience analyzing data and preparing reports/dashboards.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to departmental operations and KPIs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for leaders.
• Work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and patient care.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across patient records and billing data.
• Maintain documentation and support departmental projects on workflow improvements.
