Akytech Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Management Analyst focused on Strategy Planning and Operations within Healthcare. The position is on-site in Falls Church, VA, supporting the US Army MEDCOM client at the DHHQ location.

The role demands extensive program management, strategic planning, and senior-level briefing experience, with emphasis on military-civilian partnerships and readiness metrics improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Army, DOD, or VA Medical program/project management experience.
• 5+ years managing teams.
• 3+ years strategic planning.
• 3+ years developing military-civilian partnerships with civilian medical facilities.
• 3+ years SME in Army medical readiness, KSAs for wartime specialties.
• 3+ years working knowledge of medical billing & coding (ICD10/CPT).
• 4+ years understanding Army enterprise analytic systems.
• 5+ years preparing Information Papers, EXSUMs, CONOPS, OPORDs.
• 5+ years excellent written and oral communications with executives and public-speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead Army/DOD/VA programs and projects.
• Manage teams of analysts and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Develop strategic plans, OPORDs, and CONOPS as required.
• Prepare Information Papers and EXSUMs for senior leaders.
• Brief senior executives and conduct public-speaking engagements.

Job Type: Full-time – On-Site

Salary: $80k to $90k per annum with benefits

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

• 8+ years’ Army, DOD, or VA Medical program/project management experience
• 5+ years’ experience managing teams.
• 3+ years, strategic planning
• 3+ years’ experience in developing military-civilian partnerships with civilian medical facilities.
• 3+ years Subject matter expertise in the Army medical readiness domain to include deep knowledge of Individual Critical Task Lists and Joint Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) for critical wartime specialties. (DOD or VA)
• 3+ years Working knowledge of medical billing and coding, ICD10 and CPT coding and mapping to Army medical readiness metrics (DOD, DHA, or VA)
• 4+ years Understanding of Army enterprise analytic systems.
• 5+ years’ Experience in preparing Information Papers, EXSUMs, CONOPS, OPORDs etc.
• 5+ years Excellent written and oral communications with experience briefing senior executives and conducting public-speaking.

Required Systems Knowledge:

• Intermediate to Pro skill level of the following systems:
• Microsoft Systems (Word, Excel, PP, Teams, Outlook)
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2) is the authoritative correspondence and task management system for the Department of Defense
