You will partner with physician, scientist, educator, and administrative leaders to drive performance, foster innovation, and advance Mayo Clinic’s mission and strategic priorities across Minnesota campuses

Formación

• Master's degree in healthcare management or related field is required.
• Demonstrated competency in leadership, people management, operations, finance, communication, innovation, and change management methodologies.
• Operational experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive departmental vision, strategy, and goals in alignment with Mayo Clinic's overall strategy.
• Collaborate across business units and sites to advance Mayo Clinic’s mission and priorities.
• Oversee financial data, business metrics, and operational performance to meet goals.
