MemorialCare seeks a Sr. Project Manager, Operational Readiness to lead planning, readiness, and execution for major capital projects across Long Beach facilities.

You will serve as the primary liaison among Operations, Facilities, Construction, clinical departments, infection prevention, safety, and regulatory leaders, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care. Formación

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience preferred.
• PM professional certifications are favorable.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as operational lead for major construction and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinates impacts across patient care areas and support services.
• Develops readiness and activation plans for phased construction work.
• Partners with Facilities, Design and Construction and external contractors.
• Leads readiness assessments and transition planning.
• Oversees swing-space, relocation, and activation strategies.
• Manages go-live planning and operational sign-offs.
• Identifies risks to operations, patient safety, and regulatory readiness.
