MemorialCare is seeking an Application Specialist to lead project management and implementations across the Information Services department. This role involves coordinating with end users, IS teams, and vendors to configure, test, and deploy healthcare software and hardware solutions in administrative, financial, and clinical areas.

The ideal candidate has strong project leadership, experience with upgrades, and a solid understanding of healthcare IT workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a clinical or applications analyst in healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regression testing for ancillary applications and core systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity for IS initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and escalate requests with teams and leadership.
• Manage upgrades and net-new implementations across MemorialCare systems.
• Collaborate across Enterprise IS teams and coordinate with end users and decision makers.
• Provide documentation, training materials, and oversight for testing and deployment of new solutions.
• Mentor junior staff on workflow processes, systems, and project management.
