You will supervise staff, deliver meals to patient areas, maintain tray lines, sanitation, temperature logs, and documentation, and collaborate with dietitians to ensure dietary adherence. Qualifications

• Education: None.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in food service or managerial role.
• Familiarity with Augusta Health’s systems and workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper delivery procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Ensure dish machine temperatures are correct for cleaning/sanitation.
• Manage dishwashing procedures and equipment.
• Assist with tray assembly and meal delivery.
• Maintain nutrition service records and temperature logs.
• Supervise staff and assign tasks; ensure quality controls.
