COO @ Amplify | AI-Driven Cloud Fax & Workflow Automation for Modern Healthcare

Amplify is a leading technology company with award-winning SaaS products—iFax and Fill—serving the U.S. healthcare market. Our iFax platform was recently awarded the #1 highest-rated online fax service by G2.com.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a healthcare operations expert with deep ties in the industry to help expand iFax adoption through trusted relationships. This is a flexible contract role for someone who’s already working inside—or closely alongside—provider networks, health systems, or clinic groups.

Whether your background is in practice management, health IT consulting, or clinical operations, you understand the pain points around communication workflows, faxing, and system modernization. More importantly, you know who to call when there’s a better solution.

This role is about relationships, not cold outreach.

You’ll partner with our team to identify warm opportunities within your existing network and help bring iFax into healthcare orgs that would benefit from a better way to exchange critical documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing relationships with provider organizations, practice groups, and consultants
  • Identify warm-fit prospects who would benefit from iFax’s secure, modern faxing and automation tools
  • Make strategic introductions, share case studies, and collaborate on light-touch co-selling efforts
  • Act as a credible voice when recommending iFax to peers and colleagues
  • Join occasional calls with interested stakeholders to provide context and firsthand insight
  • Help us stay aligned with the real-world needs of healthcare teams through your experience

Light Strategic Input (Optional)

  • Share ideas on what messaging or feature gaps slow down adoption
  • Recommend integrations or workflows that increase stickiness within your network
  • Co-create content (optional) such as webinar guest spots or testimonial-style stories

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: 3+ years working in healthcare operations, consulting, or digital transformation
  • Network Reach: You’re already connected to decision-makers or influencers at medical offices, hospitals, or health systems
  • Communication: Clear and persuasive when recommending tools you trust
  • Domain Knowledge: You’ve worked with systems like EHRs, fax platforms, or intake/billing tools and understand how clinics run
  • Bonus: Previous experience introducing vendors, software, or systems to healthcare orgs

Why Join Amplify

  • Join a growing company with top-rated products and a clear vision for the future.
  • Play a mission-critical role in supporting regulated industries like healthcare and legal.
  • Enjoy a remote-first, flexible working environment that values autonomy and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team on meaningful work.
