Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to support AI initiatives by building and maintaining the data foundation for model development, deployment, and reporting. The role blends data engineering, ML, and BI to enable scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities include designing scalable data pipelines, developing ML models, optimizing Oracle and PostgreSQL environments, and building dashboards to reveal insights from AI-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and large-scale data workflows.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working across multiple database platforms.
• Strong experience with Python for data processing, transformation, and machine learning applications.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with MicroStrategy reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience with classical machine learning models.
• Experience with NLP models including BERT, NER, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience supporting AI workflows through vector databases, model serving, or batch inference pipelines.
• Healthcare or specialty pharmacy domain experience.

• Design and build scalable data pipelines supporting AI and analytics initiatives
• Develop and maintain machine learning models and supporting infrastructure
• Manage and optimize Oracle and PostgreSQL environments used by AI applications
• Build reporting and dashboards that provide insight into operational and AI-driven processes
• Support model deployment, monitoring, and evaluation processes
• Ensure data quality, reliability, compliance, and security across all platforms
• Partner with AI engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
