Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advises customers to develop and maintain inventory minimum and maximum target levels.
• Ensures replenishment cycle delivers timely and efficient delivery of supplies.
• Organizes storerooms and storage areas per standards and regulations.
• Rotates dated items appropriately.
• Advises customers to remove non-standard inventory.
• Acts as liaison for customers on national product standards.
• Provides reliable product information to customers.
• Assists training for healthcare team members on Material Services practices.
• Manages emergencies such as stock outages and equipment failures.
• Places orders using material computer system and tracks delivery schedules.
