Providence Swedish Ballard is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Clerk to manage inventory using a computerized MMIS, replenish supply areas, receive and stock items, and coordinate outgoing shipments. You will enter data, pick orders, and ensure accurate counts in the MSC environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of inventory systems, receiving, warehousing and/or supply distribution using a computerized MMIS in a perpetual inventory system within the previous 3 years

Aufgaben

• Inventory, replenish supply areas and stock items across patient care and ancillary areas
• Receive incoming stock and non-stock shipments and put away items
• Process fax, phone, electronic orders, and walk-up supply requests in the MSC
• Enter data into MMIS to inventory, pick, deliver and stock products
• Rotate stock on a FIFO basis and deliver to appropriate departments
