Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support hospital operations. You will receive supplies, fill orders, and distribute items to departments, while handling mail and shipping duties.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to interpret procedures. CPI training within 30 days is required; prior inventory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• Present information and respond to questions from managers, staff, and the public.
• Perform basic math and maintain accurate counts.
• Define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions from procedures.
• Familiar with medical supplies; prior inventory experience preferred.
• CPI training required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receives all incoming supplies, fills orders, and distributes within the hospital.
• Handles outgoing mail and performs shipping duties.
