Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Storeroom Clerk to receive, inspect, and dispense hospital supplies and equipment in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role supports inventory integrity through daily MMIS documentation and timely delivery to nursing units and departments.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience, and a valid driver''s license. Basic computer skills and forklift/pallet jack training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: One year previous experience.
• Knowledge and Skills: Valid driver''s license required; basic computer skills; training with electric pallet jack or forklift.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming supplies and equipment and inspects them against approved purchase orders.
• Delivers items to end users or storerooms in a timely manner and obtains delivery confirmation.
• Maintains MMIS records and documents discrepancies; coordinates with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to resolve issues.
• Performs cycle counts and organizes storerooms to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operates power and manual equipment safely and prepares orders for delivery.
