• Represent Epic Care to community and healthcare partners with professionalism.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community organizations.
• Plan outreach activities and track follow-up outcomes using CRM.
• Gather market intelligence and communicate insights to internal teams.
• Coordinate meetings, educational programs, and community events.
• Travel regularly within the assigned market to engage stakeholders.
• Provide timely updates to the Marketing Supervisor.
