Job summary

Epic Healthcare is seeking an experienced Marketing and Admissions Liaison to lead our admissions process and marketing efforts, building relationships with the community and driving census growth. The role oversees the intake process, conducts tours for prospective residents and families, and collaborates with facility leadership to maintain high occupancy.

Strong networking and leadership are essential, with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and regulatory guidelines a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or business development in a nursing home or healthcare setting
• Strong networking, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, insurance processes, and regulatory guidelines is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase referrals and admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, showcasing our facility’s services.
• Track and analyze marketing and admissions data to optimize strategies.
• Work closely with facility leadership to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
