• Proven ability to build executive relationships and facilitate decision-making.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow Jacobs Healthcare client relationships and market growth in CA and the Western U.S.
• Advise executives and facilities teams on facility planning, operational performance, and capital investments.
• Translate client priorities into executable program roadmaps, budgets, schedules, and governance models.
• Support project delivery through planning, design, construction, and activation strategies.
• Develop market-specific service offerings, tools, templates, and best practices.
