• Develop and implement client and market growth strategies aligned with regional healthcare infrastructure objectives.
• Collaborate with the Geographic Cities & Places Market Growth Director to align strategies with regional priorities.
• Build, lead, and coordinate multidisciplinary client service teams.
• Foster relationships with executive, operational, facilities, planning, design and project delivery stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen executive-level client engagement.
• Partner with healthcare market leaders on growth initiatives, workforce planning and pursuits.
