Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in commercial facility maintenance, healthcare preferred.
• Experience repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and commercial lock systems.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and life safety codes preferred.
