Responsibilities

• Source maintenance, facility, and building service vendors for healthcare clients.
• Obtain and compare competitive proposals from multiple vendors.
• Analyze pricing, scope of work, and contract terms to determine best value.
• Work with facility administrators, maintenance directors, and vendors through sourcing.
• Coordinate new vendor implementations and service transitions.
• Assist contracts team with maintenance-related procurement and contracts questions.
• Manage daily sourcing requests received via email and internal systems.
• Ensure sourcing projects are completed on time and accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities for clients.
• Track project status and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation of quotes, proposals, and sourcing activities.
