Job summary

Countryside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee building, equipment, and utilities to provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

This leadership role collaborates with other department heads, participates in budget planning, conducts regular maintenance checks, and ensures compliance with Federal, State, and Local codes. On-call for emergencies and active in safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related work experience acceptable.
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives to improve workflow.
• Supervise the maintenance operation and staff.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments and attend supervisor meetings.
• Maintain records and schedules for preventative maintenance and tests.
• Coordinate and participate in budget planning for the Maintenance Department.
