Qualifications

• 6+ years of investment banking experience with hands-on M&A execution.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance and complex modeling.
• Undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex M&A transactions in Healthcare.
• Develop and produce premier marketing collateral and client pitches.
• Drive complex valuation and financial analyses with rigorous modeling.
• Build direct relationships with C-suite clients and advisors in healthcare.
• Mentor and supervise junior bankers, fostering collaboration.
