Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.

• 3-4 years of investment banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform M&A due diligence and execute transactions.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and client materials.
• Analyze historical and projected financial information and perform valuations.
• Assist in the marketing and execution of engagements.
• Build relationships with clients and professional advisors.
• Communicate effectively with team members and mentor juniors.
