The Senior Analyst will gain exposure to both sell-side and buy-side assignments within the healthcare sector. The role requires healthcare-focused M&A experience, exceptional Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A investment banking, preferably Healthcare focused.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills essential.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Elevated attention to detail and consistency in work product.
• High degree of maturity, integrity, demonstrated leadership skills and work ethic.
• Organized and proactive.
• Dealogic, CapIQ, Bloomberg and MS Office suite knowledge strongly preferred.
• FINRA Registrations: Series 63, 79 licenses and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing client presentations, drafting offering memoranda, committee memoranda, and management/board presentations for senior bankers.
• Transaction execution involving direct client interaction and communication.
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions.
• Conduct extensive financial modeling and valuation.
• Support new business and marketing initiatives as appropriate.
• Assessing industry research and trends.
