Qualifications

• 2+ years of substantive corporate transactional experience.
• Meaningful M&A experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing transaction diligence and closing processes.
• Healthcare industry experience is highly valued but not required.
• Exposure to private equity or investment-driven transactions is beneficial.
• Strong academic background and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple transaction workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Texas bar in good standing or eligibility for admission.
